Pastor Olivier is a graduate of the
University of Delaware in Newark, DE. He
received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Visual
Communications/Advertising in 1986. After working in the private
sector, he entered Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, PA
where he received a Master of Divinity Degree in 2003. Pastor
Olivier’s seminary training included a Clinical Pastoral Education
Program at Cooper University Hospital in Camden,
NJ in 2001, and an internship serving
Good
Shepherd Lutheran Church in Virginia Beach, VA, 2001-2002.
Prior to being called to serve
Saint John, Pastor Olivier was blessed to have
served as Pastor of Glade Creek Lutheran Church,
Blue Ridge, VA, as
Interim Pastor of
Memorial Lutheran Church, Harrisburg,
PA, and as Associate Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Mount
Joy, PA.
He is the proud husband of Christine Dugan
Olivier of Hockessin, Delaware.
